1. Acceptance of Terms
By enrolling in the Big Brains Programming Fundamentals course, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not enroll in the course.
2. Course Access
Upon successful payment verification, you will receive login credentials via email and WhatsApp within 12-24 hours. Course access is granted for the duration of the batch and includes all course materials, recorded sessions, and community support.
3. Payment Terms
All payments are final and non-refundable once processed. The course fee must be paid in full before access is granted. We accept payments via bank transfer (Allied Bank), JazzCash, and EasyPaisa.
4. Code of Conduct
Students are expected to maintain respectful communication with instructors and fellow students. Sharing of course materials, login credentials, or recorded sessions with non-enrolled individuals is strictly prohibited.
5. Intellectual Property
All course content, including videos, slides, code examples, and materials, are the intellectual property of Big Brains and Husnain Aslam. Unauthorized distribution, reproduction, or commercial use is prohibited.
6. Limitation of Liability
Big Brains provides educational content and does not guarantee specific outcomes such as job placement or career advancement. Students are responsible for their own learning and application of the material.
